My name is Jacopo Fintoni, aka Mastro Jack. My passion for art began when I was very young, passing over the years from ceramics to sculpture, painting, music, writing and finally wood. I attended the art institute in Florence and graduated as a Master of Art in 1998. The vicissitudes of life have led me to various jobs, other studies, other art diplomas. I fell in love with olive wood about 4 years ago, while I was pruning an old plant that had long since dried up on the family land. It all started for fun and, thanks to the master craftsmen I sought out and met, I was able to learn, develop and bring this magnificent art back to life and transform a passion into my work.
