María decidió abrir un taller de mermeladas caseras, de productos de la tierra, tiene un taller en Segovia, desde donde realiza mermeladas de sabores como Naranja, frutos rojos, higos, aguacate o albaricoque, entre otros muchos sabores, María reivindica la artesania alimenticia, ya que mucha de ella no se le considera artesanal, a pesar de que utilizan materiales, 100%artesanales y nada industrial, la fruta la almacena y conserva hasta que empieza su proceso de trabajo y envase.
María decided to open a workshop of homemade jams, of local products, she has a workshop in Segovia, from where she makes jams with flavors such as orange, red fruits, figs, avocado or apricot, among many other flavors, María claims food craftsmanship, Since much of it is not considered artisanal, even though they use 100% artisanal materials and nothing industrial, the fruit is stored and preserved until its work and packaging process begins.
