Shahidi is a company that was founded in Rasht (Iran), on the shores of the Caspian Sea, at the end of the eighties, from a single great intuition of its founders, the brothers Ata and Enayat Shahidi: "merging the noble and ancient tradition of Persian craftsmanship to the dynamism of modern entrepreneurship". The company's choice is projected above all on three products, which will determine its success in the years to come: kilims*, Persian majolica** and ghalamkar, in the case of majolica and ghalamkar, the spirit of authenticity and the unparalleled polychromatic harmony of these artefacts, which has characterized them for centuries. In the creation of kilims, on the other hand, Shahidi has veered towards the continuous search for always original solutions with a great aesthetic impact, sensitive to changes in interior architecture.
